El Aguila from Bodega
Fresh out of the tank. 5.5% Vol.
At Alameda Tapas you can enjoy the exclusive format: “The Eagle just out of the tank”. A beer transported directly from the factory in special trucks and stored in tanks in our own premises, where it is served to the consumer without breaking the cold chain at any time, in this way, we ensure that the tanks preserve all the freshness and flavor of the beer from start to finish, providing
thus providing an exceptional consumer experience and offering a superior product to our customers.
- Fresh beer, as it is brewed the day before being loaded into the tanks.
- Unpasteurized, any conventional beer, since it does not maintain the cold chain, undergoes the process of ultra-pasteurization, a thermal process that is used to greatly reduce the number of microorganisms present, changing its flavor and nutritional properties, which in the case of cellar beer is not necessary, since the cold chain is not broken.
- Without carbon dioxide, this gas is used so that bottled beer or soft drinks do not lose their bubbling effect over time from the process of preparation, distribution, storage and until consumption. It is also used to propel the exit of summer beer or red barrels, as well as to provide that gaseous/bubbling effect. In the case of El Águila fresh out of the tank, it is not necessary, since the beer acquires this gas from the fermentation process, but it is not added artificially, since it is kept under vacuum in the tank, which is why it does not lose its gas, freeing us from the feeling of bloating, in addition to protecting it from oxidation because it is not in contact with air.
- Always cold, this system maintains the cold chain through a water circuit between 0.4° and 3.5°. In addition, when the cane is served, it passes through a cooler that lowers its temperature even more, leaving the beer between -1.9° and 1°.
